Before we begin, we try to explain to the client what we will be doing and how we will be doing it in plain words. We try to provide a very easy-going and understandable design process for our clients. We note that not all of our clients are technical savvy enough to understand everything. This is a short summary of the design process we follow for any work we do.

At the very first step, we try to get to know the clients. We explore and learn about their business process, target market, and competition. Since client and his/her satisfaction is our primary focus, we also try to determine our clients' likes or dislikes.

The next step is to determine the specific needs of the client in terms of what he/she wants done and work details, for what purpose, the turnaround time needed, any restrictions or limitations. We discuss the budget and specific needs and also project timeliness. This step is needed for us and make straight forward to get a clear image of what we are supposed to do.

We don't start the actual work before the client has agreed to the price for the project. Since in the previous two steps, we have determined what the client needs, we now in a position and provide the client with a price quote for the work to be done.

Development starts as making of the design and it comes after our price quote has been accepted by the client. There should be one additional phase before this one which is the concept or mockup development. But, we omitted this step in the list because so far all of our clients trusted our judgment. However, if the client specifically says that he/she needs concept development, it will be done with no questions asked.

Revision step comes right after the development phase. We provide number of revisions to our work within reasonable limits to all of the work that we do. All the clients' comments will be taken into account and any necessary changes and revisions will be done in the shortest period of time.

We try to provide you with a clean code that is error free. In the case of website development, we test the website for any errors and bugs in the code. This step is omitted in the case of a graphics design.

The whole design process takes around one week to complete in the case of graphic designs, but of course, it all depends on the amount of work needed and on the speed of the communication with the client. It is the final step of our design process. It is the phase when we deliver work what we've developed in the format agreed in the 2nd phase.

Here we will still be monitoring the implementation of your project. If we spot any errors, we will correct them immediately. If we think that something should be changed, we will first try to explain the client why we want to change that, and if our client agrees, we will do the changes. Finally, if the client wants any minor changes to the final product that don't take too long to develop, we do all moderate changes.
